Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Time-Out Zone is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website and product.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What We Do to Get There

  • Our public web pages are scanned with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) against WCAG 2.1 A and AA success criteria, and critical or serious findings block releases of those pages.
  • Interactive controls are built on accessible component primitives (Radix UI) with keyboard operability and semantic roles.
  • Icon-only controls carry text alternatives, and we maintain color-contrast minimums on text content.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Automated testing cannot catch every barrier, and parts of the signed-in application are still undergoing review. We treat reported accessibility issues with the same priority as functional defects.

Feedback and Contact

If you experience an accessibility barrier anywhere on Time-Out Zone, please tell us. We aim to respond within five business days.

Email: contact@time-out.zone (please include the page address and a description of the problem)
