Yes. Approved time off syncs to Google Calendar and Outlook, and every person also has a private read-only feed link that works with Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar subscriptions.
Can managers approve requests from Slack?
Yes. Requests arrive as Slack messages with dates, leave type, and balance in view, and managers approve or deny in one click. The decision follows the same approval rules and lands in the same audit trail as in the app.
Is the calendar link private?
Yes. Each feed link is a secret, read-only URL that shows only approved time off. It can be regenerated at any moment, which instantly cuts off every old copy. No login is embedded in it.
Do employees need to install another app?
No. Time-Out Zone comes to the tools already in use — Slack, the calendar, email. The web app is there when someone wants the full picture, but daily flow does not require it.
